Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and scaling high-impact learning and development programs.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and demonstrate program impact.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and modern learning technologies.
