A leading Private Equity firm in Dubai is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President - Client Relationship Management & Fundraising to spearhead its capital raising initiatives. The main responsibilities are: Drive end-to-end fundraising processes for private equity funds and co-investment opportunities, including roadshows, data room management, and investor onboarding. uild and maintain a pipeline of prospective investors across GCC Serve as the primary relationship manager for LPs, delivering high-touch service and strategic insights into the firm's investment philosophy and performance. Work closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to develop compelling fundraising materials, PPMs, pitch decks, and RFPs. Coordinate regular reporting and transparent communication on fund performance, market outlook, and investment updates. Represent the firm at investor conferences, AGMs, and exclusive events to elevate the brand and foster investor confidence. Maintain accurate investor data and engagement tracking using CRM tools, ensuring seamless investor interaction and follow-up. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred.
8-10 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital development within private equity or asset management in the GCC Proven track record of raising institutional capital across fund strategies. Strong investor network in the GCC In-depth understanding of private equity structures, investment vehicles, and LP expectations. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
