Hi, I am currently hiring SR.VP, AVP & VP for Dubai location the JD is same for all the role: JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives for the team through broker's network. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Managerial Accountabilities
- Daily meetings with the team Adhere to the KPI for the team
- Constant coaching of the team
- Weekly & monthly reviews with the team
- Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions
- Have a customer centric approach
- Good Follow-up & Lead management
- Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets
- Follow company policies
- Experience and Technical Knowledge
- Prior Experience in Managing real estate sales teams
- Efficiency in MS office
- Negotiation Skills
- Good Overall Conduct and Discipline
- Strong analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Stable employment record; growth within previous organizations
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree from accredited university
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Fluency in at least 2 languages
