Are you a visionary Emirati CSR leader ready to drive social impact at scale?
We are seeking a Vice President of CSR for our prestigious client-Abu Dhabi Government owned entity to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Community Impact Strategy, managing a significant portfolio of programs and partnerships that create lasting value for communities and stakeholders.

• Position: Vice President Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Experience: 10+ Years | Sector: Private (Real Estate or Construction preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the organizations long-term Social Impact Strategy and measurable KPIs
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of CSR programs, partnerships, and community initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, internal departments, and key stakeholders
• Manage and report against global sustainability frameworks (GRI, DJSI, CDP, EcoVadis, etc.)
• Lead the Worker Welfare Program, ensuring responsible and ethical labor practices
• Craft compelling sustainability communications including press releases, reports, and campaigns
• Coordinate data collection for sustainability and governance reporting
• Manage and deploy an annual CSR budget of up to AED 40 million
• Stay current with CSR trends, regulatory updates, and best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in CSR, ESG, or sustainability roles
• Proven expertise in sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Skilled in developing visual dashboards, presentations, and impact reports
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in CSR, Communications, Political Science, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of UAE's CSR landscape and charitable regulations (a plus)
