  • Lead the redesign and governance of client and operational service journeys using AI-driven automation
  • Drive end-to-end optimization by embedding machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and intelligent process automation
  • Establish standards, controls, and guardrails for responsible AI adoption across services
Service Delivery and Performance Management
  • Ensure delivery, scalability, and sustainability of AI automation initiatives across domains
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, risk, and operations
  • Define, monitor, and report KPIs including adoption, ROI, scalability, client experience, and risk outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Leadership
  • Engage senior stakeholders across business domains to align priorities and execution plans
  • Champion agile delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Apply structured change management approaches to support adoption and value realization
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for process improvement aligned to AI automation priorities
  • Contribute to structured toolkits, playbooks, and frameworks for consistent service delivery
  • Promote best practices and reuse to accelerate outcomes and reduce delivery risk
Reporting and Communication
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and governance forums on progress, risks, and decisions
  • Prepare, contribute to, and present materials for executive committees and governance bodies
  • Ensure transparent reporting on benefits realization, delivery health, and risk management
Ideal Profile
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation or automation programs within banking or financial services
  • Strong background in AI-enabled process optimization and service engineering
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of delivery governance, benefits tracking, and risk management
  • Experience with change management frameworks is desirable
  • Strong communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills
