The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects. The Integration VP is responsible for the management of virtual project teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support. The VP is responsible for managing a group of Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP), training and development of staff, role out of global best practice and standardization across the global Integration team. The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of projects within a project management framework, demonstrating effective communication skills, having client-facing experience and understanding the financial services business.
The VP will be heavily involved in securing new business as well as manage existing client relationships and onboardings, will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups
The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.
Responsibilities
Sales Preparation:
Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco's workflows, best practices and technologies
Request for proposal/information assistance
Direct source of information to Business Development
Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business
AA / SLA negotiation
Manage requested Proof of Concepts for sales pitches
Project Manage External:
New client launches/conversions
New Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches
Onboarding of Ancillary services
Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs and they capture any unique sets of requirements.
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases.
Major SLA changes
Project Manage Internal:
Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects.
Process Improvements
Oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team
Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects
Administrative Reporting:
Tracking of projects, progress, status and deadlines
MIS Reporting
Actively manage operational risk - monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team.
Ensure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within the department.
Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation
Management:
In partnership with the Senior Vice Presidents, oversee the resolution of complex client issues.
Management of virtual teams
Pipeline/Project/Resourcing Management
Oversight, Recruitment, Training and Development.
Review departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these procedures
Qualifications
Degree qualified or related professional qualification
Experiences
5+ years of project management experience
3+ years of client services within the asset management industry
3+ years of people and resource management experience
7+ years in the financial services industry
Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
Proven Project Management Experience
Proven Business Analysis Experience
Proven knowledge of Listed and OTC products
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
