JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB PURPOSE Develop and manage Aldar\xe2\x80\x99s brand policies and strategies. Ensure Aldar brand is clearly articulated and implemented across all touchpoints in Aldar & its businesses. Develop and management brand content, campaigns and activations on all platforms.
Develop Aldar Brand strategy that is fit for purpose and will support our business objectives.
Develop Aldar corporate presentation and corporate video \xe2\x80\x93 to be used by all for all purposes.
Develop and implement brand research that will monitor build an understanding of brand perception.
Make informed decisions on brand development, support new brand activities, ensure the brand values and culture are reflected accurately.
Liaise with legal, to ensure the brand collateral is registered for trademark and intellectual property rights where necessary.
Liaise with marketing teams to ensure all brand guidelines are implemented and all plans adhere to the overall brand strategy.
Managing overall compliance to Aldar\xe2\x80\x99s brand Guidelines including the updating of the Guidelines, auditing of compliance to the brand Guidelines and implementing corrective measures in the event of non-compliance.
Develop training materials to educate all internal teams on brand guidelines and usage.
Conduct brand reviews of creative materials developed by the marketing and digital teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Oversee project plan for the re-brand across all customer touch-points.
Develop brand content and campaigns to Promote and embed the brand internally and across all businesses to enhance our brand essence.
Manage the production of marketing products through a variety of channels which may include TV and radio adverts, digital and social and outdoors.
Be responsible for and closely monitor the quality of marketing communications produced and creative execution of the brand.
Develop and communicate strong brand messages reinforced through media stories, award success, and internal story telling.
Work with Culture to ensure that living the brand is evident in throughout our staff engagements.
Support Director in the management of a detailed corporate marketing budget
Develop corporate marketing policies and procedures
Ensure bilingual Arabic/English integrity of the intended message, consistent within corporate guidelines and brand positioning
Review and approve the activities of service providers (mkt agencies and media buyers)
Build and maintain good relationships with senior management & Government entities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 7+ years of relevant experience
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of 2+ years of managerial experience in a related field
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in real estate, FMCG, TECH/TELCOM is preferred
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Energetic and intuitive marketer with exceptional leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective brand strategies and campaigns to generate results.
Excellent analytical skills and research capabilities
Proven skills in negotiation and problem resolution
Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration or economics
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
