Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's booking system
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Provide pet owners with basic information on services, treatments, and clinic policies
Support the veterinary team with day-to-day tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling and being around animals
Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
