Amity Veterinary Clinic, a leading veterinary facility in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Doctor to join our team. Our clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care to animals and maintaining strong ethical values. We are looking for a candidate who holds a valid MOCCAE license and shares our commitment to treating patients with the same level of care and attention we would provide to our own beloved pets. Our clinic follows evidence-based diagnosis as the standard method of operation, ensuring the highest quality of care for our animal patients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments of animal patients to diagnose illnesses, injuries, and diseases.

Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to spaying/neutering, dental surgeries, tumor removals, and orthopedic surgeries.

Prescribe and administer appropriate medications, treatments, and vaccinations to promote the health and well-being of animals.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory tests, to aid in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans for individual animal patients, considering their specific needs and conditions.

Educate and counsel pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, disease prevention, and treatment options.

Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and provide support as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients, documenting diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and continuing education programs.

Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines set by the veterinary profession and the clinic.

Requirements:

Valid MOCCAE (Ministry of Climate Change and Environment) license to practice veterinary medicine in Dubai.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Proven experience as a Veterinary Doctor, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.

Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and diseases, with the ability to accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.

Proficient in performing surgical procedures, including sterilization surgeries, soft tissue surgeries, and basic orthopedic surgeries.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and empathize with pet owners, providing clear explanations and guidance.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and treating patients with compassion and care, in alignment with the clinic's core values.

Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools, including radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory tests, for accurate diagnoses.

Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.

Willingness to stay updated with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
