Job Overview

We are launching a

new Padel sports venue in Bahrain

and are looking for an experienced

Padel Venue Manager

to lead day-to-day operations, grow participation, and deliver an exceptional customer and athlete experience. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in

padel sports operations, coaching, or club management

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the padel venue, ensuring smooth functioning of courts, programs, and customer services. Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of

padel sports

, rules, training methodologies, and player development. Plan and organize padel events including tournaments, leagues, corporate events, and community sports days. Develop and promote fitness, coaching, and training programs to attract and retain players. Drive initiatives to increase participation and identify high-potential athletes for advanced programs. Promote inclusivity, diversity, and equal participation across all programs. Lead, train, and evaluate staff performance, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback. Oversee front desk operations, including staff scheduling, shift planning, and leave management. Ensure all customer inquiries (walk-ins, calls, bookings) are handled professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer experience across the venue.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in Padel sports

(mandatory) -- coaching, venue management, academy operations, or competitive playing background. Experience managing sports facilities, clubs, or fitness venues is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to plan and execute sports events and training programs. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and tournament schedules. Currently based in Bahrain

or willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD1,250.000 per month
