Role Summary

Front Desk Executive & Sales Associate

for a

Padel Sports Facility in Bahrain

. This position blends guest reception with sales-driven interaction and is best suited for candidates with hands-on experience in

padel, sports facilities, gyms, or fitness clubs

.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Services & Front Desk Operations

Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the venue. Guide guests efficiently to courts, coaches, or relevant departments to minimize waiting time. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Handle incoming calls professionally and respond to booking or service inquiries. Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, calls, bookings, and follow-up requirements. Manage court schedules, events, and meeting room reservations.

Sales & Membership Support

Promote padel court reservations, memberships, coaching sessions, and packages. Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed bookings or subscriptions. Perform outbound calls and follow-ups for renewals, promotions, and new bookings. Contribute toward achieving monthly sales and booking targets.

Administration & Team Coordination

Support daily administrative needs of the venue. Update customer profiles, sales entries, and booking details in the system. Coordinate closely with coaches and operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Must currently be based in Bahrain

. Minimum

2 years of experience

in a

sports facility, padel club, gym, or fitness center

(mandatory). Background in customer service with exposure to sales or memberships. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable engaging customers in person and over the phone. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and sports-event schedules. Immediate availability is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Direct experience in

padel sports

is highly advantageous. Experience in racket sports venues (tennis, badminton, squash) is acceptable. Gym or fitness club front desk and sales experience will also be considered.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
