The
Candidate
As Venue Manager, you will join a committed F&B team, driven
with the intent of delivering FIVE-star experiences to an international diaspora
in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.
The VIBE at FIVE is all about
performing optimally while having the best professional experience of your life.
You will be expected to have a passion for your role, disrupt norms all whilst
having the best time of your life.
As
our ideal candidate, you have proven experience
in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and
leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions
that break boundaries.
We are
looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical
thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for
detail. An outgoing, people-friendly
personality with an ability to think on your feet during changing situations
is also essential.
You ll work closely with the management team to develop
constantly evolving service goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for taking the lead in driving an increase in business of the venue
• Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality of F&B services, as well as driving high top line revenue and profit results
• Understand the concept of the outlet thoroughly and train all employees of the outlet in regards to the concept
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with team members on preparation, guest profiles, services to be performed and menus served
• Prepare and review the outlet s Operations Manual updates annually in accordance with the Assistant Head of Department

Requirements
What We re Looking For

• A hands-on approach and flexibility with a can-do work attitude
• A commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with a passion
• A minimum of 3 years experience at a senior management level, from a hospitality / restaurant background (UAE experience desirable)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships
• Strong project, budget and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
• Systemised and profitable mindset
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
• Teamwork-oriented
