Food and Beverage Venue Manager : Marrakech : Lifestyle Group Salary: great basic + benefits Location: Marrakech, Morocco We are working with a Lifestyle Hospitality group that focus on providing their guests with places to stay, travel and work in over 100 worldwide destinations. Due to exciting growth, they are looking for Food and Beverage Venue Managers to join their team in Marrakech, Morocco. My client is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for restaurant, Cocktail bar, events, live music and F and B in general. About the position * Manage the smooth running of all Food and Beverage outlets in the operation * Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided * Manage the venues P and L and ensure maximization if the F and B sales * Identify marketing opportunities to promote F and B products * Engaging with local community and events to bring in new business * Managing and procuring F and B Partnerships * Support F and B strategy and concept development * Run the operations of the event space * Develop a staff training plan * Be a brand ambassador for an amazing company with a culture and strong ethics The successful candidate * 3+ years of experience in hotel and/or restaurant management * Fluent in English and local language * F and B and P and L management experience * Have experience in leading and developing a multicultural team * Strong organization and time management skills * Have experience in managing F and B Partnerships * Have a passion for the industry and a natural aura and charisma * Well organized with an eye for detail * A dynamic and motivated individual with a can:do attitude * A people person, with strong ethics * Entrepreneurial profile This group is driven by passion and a commitment to continue its successful development worldwide.
