Vendor Coordinator (Theme Park)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Vendor Coordinator manages and coordinates day-to-day activities between the company and its vendors, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with company standards, and timely reporting to management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations Monitor vendor performance and compliance with company policies Support opening and closing procedures related to vendor operations Track inventory and ensure timely supply deliveries Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained Provide regular operational reports and updates to management

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in vendor coordination, operations, or a similar role is an advantage Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Customer-focused, reliable, and flexible with working hours
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

* Kiosk Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
