We are seeking an experienced

Vendor Coordinator

to join our team on a part-time basis for a 3-month assignment at our Vendor Shop in Abu Dhabi. The role primarily involves

vendor expediting and coordination

for

piping, mechanical, coating

, and related inspections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor coordination and the ability to travel between sites using their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors to monitor production, inspection, and delivery schedules. Expedite and follow up on fabrication and inspection progress for piping, mechanical, and coating materials. Attend vendor facilities as needed to oversee and report on progress and readiness. Ensure all vendor documentation and reports are submitted in line with project requirements. Collaborate with project teams and quality inspectors to align vendor deliverables with project timelines. Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to resolve delays or issues. Maintain daily and weekly reports on vendor status and inspection readiness.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vendor coordination and expediting in an industrial or oil & gas environment. Familiarity with piping, mechanical, coating, or related fabrication and inspection processes. Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills. Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory). Based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute to Abu Dhabi as required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
