The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected, assessed, and prepared for sale or delivery. This role involves detailed evaluation of vehicle condition, performing minor cosmetic touch-ups, coordinating with the workshop for estimates, and maintaining high standards of vehicle readiness.
Receive and document vehicle keys from workshops.
Check and record the status of incoming vehicles (mechanical, body condition, documentation).
Conduct thorough inspection of cars for any damages or required repairs.
Perform test drives to identify mechanical or functional issues.
Raise service and repair estimates directly with the workshop team.
Grade sale vehicles based on pre-defined quality standards.
Perform minor interior touch-ups to enhance vehicle appearance.
Conduct final checks on Inventory Delivered Later cars before customer delivery.
Carry out basic body polishing and attach wheel caps where required, ensuring no added repair costs.
Inspect buyback vehicles for condition and eligibility before acceptance.
