Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Vehicle Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical inspections on various types of vehicles to ensure compliance with RTA regulations, road safety standards, and environmental requirements. Responsibilities: Perform systematic inspections of vehicles, including light vehicles, heavy vehicles, buses, motorcycles, and trailers. Evaluate vehicles for mechanical integrity, safety features, emissions compliance, and adherence to RTA guidelines. Use diagnostic tools and inspection equipment to assess vehicle performance and detect faults. Prepare accurate and detailed inspection reports. Communicate inspection findings clearly to customers and advise on corrective actions if needed. Ensure compliance with all RTA vehicle testing procedures and quality standards. Report discrepancies, violations, or safety hazards to the Inspection Supervisor. Maintain cleanliness, order, and operational integrity of inspection bays and equipment. Stay up-to-date with current RTA policies, procedures, and technological updates in vehicle inspection systems. Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in vehicle inspection, automotive repair, or a similar technical role. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Knowledge of RTA vehicle inspection regulations and procedures. Ability to operate vehicle diagnostic tools and computerized testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Technical expertise in vehicle systems (engine, brakes, suspension, emissions, etc.) Good communication and customer service skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily inspection targets. Seniority level
