Job Description

A Vehicle Care Sales Representative specializes in promoting and selling automotive services and products, such as detailing, paint protection films (PPF), window tinting, and ceramic coatings. This role is essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue within the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

: Initiate contact with potential clients, assess their vehicle care needs, and provide tailored service recommendations.

Product Knowledge

: Educate customers on the benefits and features of various automotive care services, ensuring they make informed decisions.

Sales Execution

: Present and demonstrate services effectively, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Relationship Management

: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

Collaboration

: Work closely with service technicians to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Follow-Up

: Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concerns.

Market Awareness

: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to effectively position services in the market
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the automotive or service

Language Proficiency

: Fluency in English and Arabic

Technical Knowledge

: Understanding of automotive care services and products.

Communication Skills

: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
