Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative (Wound Care / CSSD and Consumables) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical consumables field, with a strong background in CSSD and consumables products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and engage potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our medical equipment. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical sales for consumables Proven track record in medical sales Strong understanding of the healthcare market and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Must have valid UAE drivers license Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Marketing or any related field. Must be able to communicate in Arabic.
