Job Summary:

Carzilla Car Care is seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling car care products and services, building strong customer relationships, and helping clients maintain and enhance their vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a wide range of car care products (e.g. waxes, polishes, interior cleaners, ceramic coatings, etc.) and services (detailing, tinting, paint protection, etc.) Approach walk-in customers and respond to online or phone inquiries professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain updated knowledge of products and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, welcoming showroom. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events or campaigns. Report sales data and trends to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or car care industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of car detailing products and vehicle care services is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English; other languages (Arabic, Tagalog, etc.) are a plus. UAE driving license is a plus. Female
