We are seeking a proactive and target-driven

Van Sales Merchandiser

to join our FMCG trading team specializing in chocolate products. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in van sales and merchandising within the FMCG sector, with a strong knowledge of retail outlets and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and sell chocolate products directly to retail customers using a company van. Achieve monthly sales targets and route plans efficiently. Ensure product visibility and proper display across retail outlets according to merchandising standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff. Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability, freshness, and correct rotation. Collect payments as per company policy and submit daily cash/collection reports. Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned route. Report competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales supervisor. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance according to company guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales/merchandising in the FMCG sector (preferably chocolates or confectionery). Valid UAE manual driving license. Strong knowledge of local routes and retail market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading. Basic math and inventory management skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
