- Drive a company van to supermarkets, mini markets, to sell and merchandise products.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed, well-stocked on shelves, and prominently placed in promotional displays.
- Execute in-store promotions and maintain promotional materials.
? Inventory Management: -
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) and LELO (Last Expiry, Last Out) methods to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Manage product returns, collections, and accounts.
? Customer Relationship Management: -
- Support new product introductions and ensure successful launches.
? Operational Duties: -
- Ensure efficient and timely customer visits, properly allocating time for each client.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory transfers.
Qualifications:
3-4 years' experience as a Cash Van Sales Representative in Supermarkets
Strong customer network and familiarity with the FMCG industry.
Extensive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including loading, inventory management, and transfers.
Knowledge of stock rotation practices and handling product shelf life.
Valid manual driving license with a clean record (no fines or accidents).
