Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Van Sales Representative to join our wholesale food products division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing van sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely delivery of food products to wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct van sales and delivery of food products & Electronics to wholesale customers in assigned territories. Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Ensure proper handling and merchandising of food products to meet quality standards. Collect payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling in line with company policies. Maintain detailed sales records, invoices, and delivery notes for accountability. Monitor inventory levels in the van and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock. Conduct regular market visits to gather customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities. Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in van sales, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in basic math for billing and cash handling. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with wholesale food products and local market dynamics is preferred.
