Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Valet Supervisor to lead our valet team and ensure seamless parking operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily valet activities, maintain high standards of customer service, and manage staff effectively to create a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the valet team to ensure efficient and safe vehicle handling.

- Train and motivate valet attendants to provide exceptional customer service.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked and ensure proper handling and security.

- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Coordinate shift schedules and manage staff attendance.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to parking operations.

- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance service quality.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in valet operations or a similar supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and calm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
