Responsible for supporting the Valet Parking Operations department by overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day valet parking operation for guests/clients as well as supervising valet parking employees.
Oversee valet attendants and other staff that perform valet services and provide information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
Establishing and enforcing existing policies and procedures, and implementing departmental programs focusing on employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
Create and coordinate work schedules, assign posting positions, record calls and requests for valet service, and train subordinates on venue features and services
Responsible for collecting and submitting time sheets; conducting performance reviews; and ensuring that valet equipment and supplies are working properly.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Provide exceptional guest service and resolves any complaints as needed.
Any additional duties as assigned pertaining to Valet and Hotel guest service requirements
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years of valet parking experience is required.
2-3+ years of Supervisory/Leadership Experience required
Hotel guest service experience and a high degree of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
