Job Description

We are seeking a professional

Valet Supervisor

to oversee valet operations and lead a team of drivers in delivering exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

Arabic

and have proven experience as a Valet Supervisor. This is a fixed-term contract role for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily valet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient traffic flow. Lead, train, and schedule valet drivers to maintain service excellence. Greet guests and ensure professional, courteous, and safe handling of their vehicles. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain company standards. Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, valet tickets, and reports. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property procedures. Coordinate with management for staffing, reporting, and operational updates.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Valet Supervisor

(minimum 3 years preferred).

Arabic speaking is mandatory

; English proficiency required. Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused with a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings. Available to commit to a

6-month contract

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
