Vacation Rentals Coordinator
.Important Information:
Work hours will vary based on guest check-ins
, soflexibility is essential
. Some days, check-ins will be between3 PM and 11 PM
, while on other days, you may be required to meet guestslater at night or very early in the morning (between midnight and 7 AM)
.Own transport (motorcycle or car) is preferred
, or applicants should at least have aUAE car or motorcycle license
or bewilling to use public transport
(metro, taxis) to travel between property locations such asDowntown, Business Bay, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day
check-in and check-out
procedures for vacation properties. Managebasic guest relations
to ensure an excellent guest experience. Supervise and managehousekeeping responsibilities
. Accommodate guest requests and ensure satisfaction. Conductinventory checks
for amenities, linen, and home supplies. Implement and maintaincleaning standards and procedure checklists
. Ensure each unit isprepared and check-in ready
for the next guest. Manage thecalendar
and prepare daily and weekly scheduled tasks.Requirements (Preferred but Not Essential, as Full Training Will Be Given):
Previous experience
in Dubai Real Estate Management or the hospitality sector (hotels or holiday homes). Experience managingday-to-day operations
of holiday homes or Airbnb properties. Strong understanding oflinen management, inventory management, and cleaning standards
.Good communication skills
, including people and leadership skills.Experience in Dubai preferred
. Knowledge of theDubai Tourism market and Holiday Homes market
is preferred.Excellent communication skills
, with a high proficiency in English (extra languages like Arabic & Russian are a bonus
