Vacation Rentals Coordinator
.
Important Information:
Work hours will vary based on guest check-ins
, so
flexibility is essential
.
Some days, check-ins will be between
3 PM and 11 PM
, while on other days, you may be required to meet guests
later at night or very early in the morning (between midnight and 7 AM)
.
Own transport (motorcycle or car) is preferred
, or applicants should at least have a
UAE car or motorcycle license
or be
willing to use public transport
(metro, taxis) to travel between property locations such as
Yas Island, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day
check-in and check-out
procedures for vacation properties.
Manage
basic guest relations
to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Supervise and manage
housekeeping responsibilities
.
Accommodate guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
Conduct
inventory checks
for amenities, linen, and home supplies.
Implement and maintain
cleaning standards and procedure checklists
.
Ensure each unit is
prepared and check-in ready
for the next guest.
Manage the
calendar
and prepare daily and weekly scheduled tasks.
Requirements (Preferred but Not Essential, as Full Training Will Be Given):
Previous experience
in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Management or the hospitality sector (hotels or holiday homes).
Experience managing
day-to-day operations
of holiday homes or Airbnb properties.
Strong understanding of
linen management, inventory management, and cleaning standards
.
Good communication skills
, including people and leadership skills.
Experience in Dubai preferred
.
Knowledge of the
Abu Dhabi Tourism market and Holiday Homes market
is preferred.
Excellent communication skills
, with a high proficiency in English (
extra languages like Arabic are a bonus
).
