We are seeking an Admin Executive Operation to support the operations of our holiday homes. The role is essential in ensuring the smooth administrative and operational management of short-term rental properties, with responsibilities ranging from platform management to compliance and guest coordination.
Role Overview:
The Admin Executive will manage backend operations, guest communications, property compliance, and booking platform tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency. The role also includes occasional on-site check-in/check-out support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks for a portfolio of holiday home properties
Oversee utility registrations and setups.
Manage DTCM permit applications, renewals, and compliance reporting
Ensure daily DTCM check-in/check-out reports are submitted accurately
Register and update property details on developer portals
Manage guest communications across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Optimize property listings for visibility and performance on booking sites
Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping teams through WhatsApp and internal systems
Respond to guest issues or requests, escalating to relevant teams when needed
Support guest check-ins and check-outs when required (part-time/on-call)
Requirements:
Prior admin or operations experience (holiday homes or hospitality preferred)
Good knowledge of short-term rental platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com
Familiarity with DTCM processes and property compliance procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and web portal
Flexibility to handle occasional in-person guest coordination
