The Role

We're hiring an experienced Vacation Rental Portfolio Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of vacation rentals in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong hospitality skills, operational efficiency, and a guest-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: o Oversee the full guest journey--from inquiry to post-stay follow-up. o Manage daily guest communications via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, etc. o Ensure 5-star experiences and maintain Superhost status. o Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and property readiness. o Manage property listings, pricing, and performance across OTAs. o Implement SOPs for operations, inventory, and guest service. o Ensure DTCM compliance and handle all related documentation. o Build relationships with homeowners, suppliers, and partners. o Identify and onboard new properties to grow the portfolio.



Requirements

9+ years in hospitality or short-term rentals (preferably in Dubai). o Strong knowledge of Airbnb and DTCM regulations. o Proficient in PMS and channel management tools (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway). o Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. o Independent, entrepreneurial, and detail oriented. o UAE Driving License preferred.
