Vacancy Job Overview We are looking for experienced and reliable Utility Supervisor / Technicians to join our Utility Department. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient operation of utility equipment to ensure smooth plant operations. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot screw air compressors . Oversee the performance and service of water chillers . Maintain and repair AHU (Air Handling Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units) . Service and troubleshoot split AC units in the facility. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Maintain logs and service records for all equipment. Support energy efficiency initiatives and maintain safety standards. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical - Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial utilities or HVAC systems. Strong technical knowledge of air compressors, chillers, AHUs, and AC systems. Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
