The role offers the opportunity to work on high-end cross-border M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East and globally, alongside a dynamic group of partners and associates with deep regional and international experience.
The Role
You'll be advising global corporates, sovereign wealth funds, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors on complex, high-value deals. The team handles M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity investments, often with a cross-border or regional dimension.
Key Requirements
England & Wales qualified (essential) 5-6 years' post-qualification experience in corporate M&A / private equity Currently working at (or trained with) a leading US or Magic Circle firm Strong transactional experience Existing Middle East experience is required - UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider GCC Commercial, adaptable, and committed to a long-term career in the region
