These tasks include creating advertisements, posting photos of advertised properties on Websites as well as handling Social Media Marketing (Digital Marketing), answer telephone calls and take messages; distribute incoming mail and answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers. Administrative Assistant will also performs clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
