We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our real estate team as an real estate administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a variety of responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Extensive knowledge of DLD and Trakheesi portals (navigation of online portals for various matters such as Contract A, B, F, NOCs, MOU, Tenancy Contracts, and other related docs)
Maintaining and updating client database
Coordinating and scheduling appointments and showings
Assisting with property marketing and advertising
Preparing contracts and other legal documents
Processing and filing paperwork
Coordinating with other real estate professionals such as agents, lenders, and inspectors
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with real estate industry preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework or degree preferred
