POSITIONS :

Multiwire operator

To run Multiwires drawing machine as per the Job Order, and as instructed by QC / Production Engineer/Supervisor. Achieve maximum Quantity with high quality and minimum scrap.

Multiwire helper

To help the operator carry out all stages of preparation and to start operation- Housekeeping- loading Inputs (materials/drums/bobbins) - unloading outputs (drums/bobbins)

RBD helper

To help the operator carry out all stages of preparation and to start operation- Housekeeping- loading Inputs (materials/drums/bobbins) - unloading outputs (drums/bobbins)

Buncher operator

To run Bunching machine as per the Job Order and as instructed by QC / Production Engineer/Supervisor. Achieve maximum Quantity with high quality and minimum scrap.

COILING OPERATOR

To run Coiling/Spooling machine as per the Job Order and as instructed by the QC and Production Engineer. Achieve maximum Quantity with high quality and minimum scrap.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supervision and implementation of production job orders and the daily target required for each machine.Understanding the specification, work order and determining the sequence of production processes.Keeping the scrap rate at a minimum while absolutely not allowing the production of any quantity that violates quality specifications. Achieve maximum Quantity with high quality and minimum scrap.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Manage and control of all shift activities.Receiving the production job order and activating it.Study the production program and estimate the labor, machine, raw materials, equipment and tools required.Analyzing work problems and the related obstacles to resolve them on time/ Achieve maximum Quantity with high quality and minimum scrap.

QC INSPECTOR

Inspection and Testing of Raw Material,In-process and Finish Product. In-process inspection of all processes during production and ensure quality production as per acceptance criterion.Routine testing of finish product. Raising the non conformance if the product not meeting the standard .Maintain calibration record for all instruments/equipment.Check vendor supplied material for acceptance before taking into stock.

DIE-SHOP MAN /ASSISTANT

Issuing/Receiving dies, guiders, rollers and embossing wheels to/from the production machines and recording them in the relevant records. Cleaning dies, guiders, rollers and embossing wheels, inspect, measure and keep them safely in appropriate places . Segregate damaged ones from work according to the established procedure, document the damage observed and request for replacement.

PLANNING ENGINEER

Plan in a cost effective manner, all production operations to meet customer/markets requirements . Provide a monthly & weekly production plans for all production machines based on max. utilization of machines, materials & manpower.Prepare Material Requirement Plan (MRP) according to the sales forecast.

DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Prepare the 24 hours plan,the daily efficiency report,collect, organize & file daily production reports .Computer knowledgeand hands on experience essential.

LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Provide logistics to assist production line with all kinds of raw materias/bobbins or drums/ IP's (Input drums or bobbins)/wooden drums/ arrange all materials, Drums, Bobbins in its specified places/ arrange the semi finished products (WIP)in its specified place.

STORE KEEPER

Receiving raw materials, spare parts and consumables from vendors,get them inspected for acceptance and take stock of the inventory,arrange in designated locations. through the receiving committee and making receipt documents in accordance with the rules issuance of raw materials, spareparts and consumables based on approved material requisitions and tally the issuance in stock register.Follow safety rules and instructions in warehouses.Monitor inventory stock periodically and arrange for purchase orders for materials that are close to the minimum inventory.Follow Continuous inventory of materials (to match actual balances with system balances, to identify moving materials from others and to follow the shelf life of these materials, etc.) .Coordinate with vendors to replace the quarantined items

UTILITY OPERATOR

To operate chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors as per requirement from production lines. Follow up periodical preventive maintainence of the said equipment/machines.Coordinate with maintainance to fix breakdowns with minimum breakdown time.Ensure inventory of essential parts,oil &lubricants for the said equipment/machines. Maintain log for daily operation and maintain record for all essential informaition and activities carried out.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Maintaining the machine and equipment in a good running condition.Maintain records for the daily,weekly,monthly and annual preventive maintenance for each machines and equipment.Maintain records for breakdown and repair maintenance for machines and equipment. Maintain calibration log and reports for the analysis. Control on spare parts requirement and utilization.

HELPER (BUNCHER)

To help the operator carry out all the stages of preparation and to start operation- Housekeeping- loading Inputs (materials/drums/bobbins) - unloading outputs (drums/bobbins)

HELPER (STRANDING)

To help the operator to carry out all the stages of preparation and to start of operation- Housekeeping- loading Inputs (materials/drums/bobbins) - unloading outputs (drums/bobbins)

HELPER (EXTRUDER)

To help the operator to carry out all the stages of preparation and start of operation- Housekeeping- loading Inputs (materials/drums/bobbins) - unloading outputs (drums/bobbins)

HELPER (QC)

To assist the QC Inspector to carry out all stage Inspections and testing of Raw Material,In-process and Finish Product. Perform Housekeeping.

HELPER (MAINTENANCE)

Assist Maintenance technician in maintaining the machine and equipment in a good running condition. Maintain records for the daily,weekly,monthly and annual preventive maintenance for each machines and equipment
