POSITIONS:

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

JOB OBJECTIVES To plan and schedule the work and effectively organize the work shop fabrication activities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines. To attend regular meetings with the Senior Production Engineer and Project Manager and keeping them informed of the progress. To attend progress review meetings with Clients along with Sr. Production Engineer and Project Manager if needed. To provide the daily production reports to planning department. To ensure the productivity of the project in accordance with the budgeted norms. EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical) Fabrication experience in Pressure Vessels, Piping, Structural, Process Skids and Modules. Leader ship Skills Experience 6 to 10 years related work experience.

DESIGN ENGINEER (FABRICATION)

JOB OBJECTIVES To lead and manage a team of professional draftsmen. To develop designs from project specifications. To allocate, prioritize and check work of a team of draftsmen. To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender. To prepare and check material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select materials. EDUCATION AND SKILLS A Bachelor Degree in Engineering Team Leadership Conflict Resolution Specific software Application AutoCAD application design skills Experience 6 to 10 Years of work Experience in the related field (Fabrication Workshop)

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER (DESIGN)

JOB OBJECTIVES To manage and lead the Engineering Department design activity of Pressure Vessels, Steel Structure and the functioning Technical Office for the timely completion of Engineering activity to meet the schedule. To set up norms for engineering and to monitor the productivity of the Engineering team. To provide Technical input to procurement and to carry out procurement within the budget and time schedule without compromising the quality. EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical) Experience in Pressure Vessels / Structural Design. Strong Negotiation Skills. Administrative Skills. Experience 15 to 20 years of work experience in Engineering Office.

SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER

JOB OBJECTIVES To lead and manage a team of professional Design Engineers. To develop designs from project specifications. To allocate, prioritise and check work of a team of Design Engineers. To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender. To prepare and check material data sheets and material take off reports. EDUCATION AND SKILLS A Bachelor Degree in Engineering Team Leadership Conflict Resolution Specific software Application Experience 10 to 12 Years of work Experience as a Design Engineer possibly in multi disciplines.

WELDING ENGINEER

JOB OBJECTIVES To provide technical guidance for preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) for the project specific requirements. To assist in preparation of method statements and Technical Work Instruction related to various welding jobs. To provide technical guidance and expertise to the project QA/QC personnel on welding related issues. To assist with the selection & calculation of welding filler materials and guidance for procurement of welding machines and consumables. To coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Welding Technology/ Metallurgy/ NDT/ Mechanical Engineering Experience in various welding process technique and troubleshooting/ problem solving skill Must have ASNT - TC- Level II in RT, UT, PT and MPT NDE Certification AWS (or) CSWP 3.1 TWI UK Certified Welding Inspector Knowledge in the field of Welding Inspection

Experience 3 to 4 years related work experience.

WORKSHOP MANAGER

JOB OBJECTIVES To plan and schedule the work and effectively organize the work shop fabrication activities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines. To represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities. To prepare the Work shop Fabrication execution plan for management review and approval and to achieve project objectives on budget and timely basis. To review contract documents and administer all issues related to the project in conjunction with the Operations Manager in accordance with Company's policies and procedures. EDUCATION AND SKILLS Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical) Decision Making Leader ship Skills Problem Solving Experience 15 to 20 Years of Work Experience as a Work Shop Engineer / Senior Project Engineer
