A major international law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its top-ranked Funds & Asset Management team in the Middle East. Renowned for advising on the structuring, establishment and regulation of funds across multiple asset classes and domiciles, the practice has a standout reputation for acting on both sponsor and investor-side mandates.

You Will:

• Advise on the structuring and launch of private funds, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating PPMs, LPAs, subscription agreements and related documentation.
• Act for sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and family offices on fund investments, co-investments and separately managed accounts.
• Handle complex joint ventures, hybrid structures, cross-border fund-of-ones and anchor investor mandates.
• Build expertise across leading fund jurisdictions, including ADGM, DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, Delaware and Guernsey.
• You Will Need:
• 3-7 years' PQE with a strong background in funds and asset management.
• In-depth knowledge of private fund structures, key market terms and investor negotiation points.
• Experience with LPAs and contractual documentation underpinning fund investments.
• International outlook with the ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional mandates.
• Excellent academics, technical rigour and a commercial mindset.
