As the Upgrades Senior Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of complex proposals/bids. In this role, you will ensure contract finalization and compliance with ITO process. You will report to the Commercial Leader for Upgrades.
As Upgrades Senior Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Being accountable for overall project proposal strategy and contract negotiation.
• Interacting with Regional Sales Teams in opportunity development and assessment with Customers.
• Identifying alongside relevant teams the best solutions to meet Customers' demands leveraging the Baker Hughes technology portfolio.
• Scouting opportunities, teaming up with Sales Regional Managers and Segment, Technical Sales and DTI Managers.
• Preparing complex proposals, maximizing profitability, guaranteeing quality, completeness and responsiveness. Leading Deal Price and Margin strategy reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with commercial risk assessment and proposal preparation procedures and leading Project Hand-Off Meetings.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• 
  Have significant experience in the rotating equipment and/or turbomachinery business.
• Have minimum 5 yrs of relevant experience in a Technical/Commercial/Contract Management role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas sectors.
• Be fluent both in English and Arabic
• Be committed to customer service and have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Have good commercial acumen, negotiation experience and ability to coordinate several deals simultaneously.
• Have good presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Have experience with Upgrades, Contract Service Agreements (CSA) and Transactional business concepts.
