Job Title: UPDA certified Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction & fit out projects and ensure that all engineering aspects are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure timely project execution. Experience in studying projects and preparing quotations. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct quality checks to verify that work meets project standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction. Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports and project records. Assist in material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site. Provide technical guidance to workers and sub-contractors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. UPDA certified Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Work Environment:

The role requires working on construction sites with exposure to outdoor conditions. May require extended hours depending on project deadlines. Salary: 6500 QR - 7500 QR
