Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site activities as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure work progress meets project deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare and submit regular site progress reports to the office.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and the office team.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards on site.
Requirements:
G+1 certification (mandatory).
Proven experience in site supervision and handling construction projects.
Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and site execution.
Good reporting and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and work independently.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 4,500 - 5,500 per month
Visa: 2-year employment visa provided
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
