UPDA Certified Civil Engineer
to join our team as a
Project Engineer
. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil works and a commitment to long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage civil works for facility management and interior fit-out projects.
Review and interpret building drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site.
Finalize the civil scope of works and coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations.
Draft professional correspondence, including project-related emails.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and real estate stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
UPDA Certified Civil Engineer
(mandatory).
3-5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer;
facility management experience is preferred
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and strong understanding of building drawings.
Knowledge of civil work supervision, scope finalization, and vendor coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Real estate coordination experience is an
advantage
.
Ability to join on
short notice
is highly desirable.
Valid
driving license
and
NOC
required.
