Operations Manager - Holiday Homes (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are a fast-growing holiday home company managing boutique properties across Dubai. With several new apartments launching in August, we are looking for a
hands-on, proactive, and resourceful Operations Manager
to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational needs for 10-15 active holiday home units
Manage check-ins and check-outs, including in-person guest support
Conduct apartment inspections prior to guest arrivals and after departures
Coordinate handovers with building security and front desks
Support opening of new units (setup, inventory, minor logistics)
Transport small items to/from properties, collect deposits if needed
Ensure smooth offline operations with attention to quality and guest experience
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in
holiday homes or serviced apartments
(5-30 units ideal)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude
Full availability for
on-site work (no remote)
Valid UAE
driving license and own vehicle
Must hold a
valid UAE visa
