Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and web applications.
Translate complex business and user requirements into simple, visually appealing, and functional digital designs.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of responsive and interactive designs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design concepts and guide data-driven decisions.
Ensure all designs are optimized for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-device performance.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer
,
Website Designer
, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
High proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as
Figma
(preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks (knowledge of basic front-end development is a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
