Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Website Designer (Team Lead) to join our team at INNOVEX AGENCY. This role combines design leadership, content creation, and client interaction. You will lead and mentor a team of 3 website developers, design modern and user-friendly websites, and ensure all digital experiences meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate is not only a talented designer but also has strong skills in copywriting (with AI tools such as ChatGPT), image editing with Adobe tools, and a deep understanding of Figma and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX design strategy across all website projects. Directly manage and mentor 3 website developers. Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present concepts, and ensure client satisfaction. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (mandatory). Generate engaging website copy/content using AI tools (ChatGPT) with a focus on clarity and creativity. Edit and optimize visuals, images, and videos using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to ensure alignment with brand identity. Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and performance optimized. Collaborate with creative, branding, and content teams to deliver cohesive projects. Stay up to date with UI/UX best practices, design trends, and AI-driven tools.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Website Designer with a strong portfolio of web projects. Figma expertise - this is a must-have. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively guide developers. Skilled in creating copywriting and content for websites using AI (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.). Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading) - non-negotiable. Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring developers/designers. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
