RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
Generate revenue by acquiring new leads and converting them into UAE tourist visa sales
Identify and onboard new B2B agents from international markets
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with overseas travel agencies and partners
Assist in developing visa sales strategies and country-specific action plans
Update agent portfolios and optimize lead generation strategies
Penetrate new international markets and build a strong agent network
Prepare and present competitive visa packages and promotional offers
Represent the company in international exhibitions, webinars, and travel forums
Coordinate internally with Visa Operations, Documentation, and Customer Support teams
Stay updated on visa regulations, travel trends, and competitor activities in key source markets
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE visa sales or inbound tourism
Proven experience with international B2B agent development and onboarding
Strong network of travel agents, tour operators, or visa resellers in key outbound markets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach
Familiarity with visa regulations, documentation processes, and DMC operations
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally when required
