Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE national high school graduate to join our team in an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to embrace new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Cross-sell products & services and Inform customers about discounts and special offers Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Collaborate with team members on various tasks/projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, processes, or client interactions. Identify issues and proposing solutions, often with the mentorship of more experienced colleagues Preparing simple reports or summaries

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies:

High school graduates (UAE national). Strong communication skills in English. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts
