What you will do
Description of the Accountability"

• Liaise with Sales team for optimum design/layout at Proposal stage, to ensure Tender / Quote for the project is within standard requirements
• Prepare detailed scaffolding layouts and accurate design calculations based on Client / Site requirement, conforming to the industry standards.
• Prepare fabrication drawing for special cases, check the accuracy of actual fabricated scaffold component
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure maximum utilization of available stock
• Ensure design calculations and drawings are approved by the Client in line with proposals submitted. Communicate variations to the Estimation/Sales team for revaluation.
• Quality control: Ensure the Industry Standards are regularly updated in line with the revisions / upgrades occurring at International level.
• Validate the test certificates of different Scaffolding components as per industry requirements.
• ISO Audit – take ownership of the Scaffolding Operating Procedures and ensure records/procedures are updated as per Audit requirements. Coordinate both Internal and External Audits in collaboration with the Scaffolding team
• Coordinate with the Procurement department in finalising the technical aspects of different scaffolding components to ensure quality control
