Gulf Orchid Perfume Manufacturing is seeking a

motivated Public Relations Specialist

to support and enhance the company's brand image across media, events, and external communications. The role involves building professional relationships with media and influencers, supporting PR campaigns, and assisting in the execution of product launches and exhibitions, while ensuring all communication reflects our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Support PR activities and campaigns aligned with Gulf Orchid's brand. Build and maintain relationships with press, influencers, and media professionals. Assist in coordinating product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events. Draft press releases, media kits, talking points, and post-event reports. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance. Ensure consistency of external communications in line with brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to support PR activities and event planning. Assist in managing event logistics, vendor coordination, and execution timelines.

Requirements:

UAE National. Bachelor's degree in

Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Media

. 0-2 years of experience in PR, media relations, or event coordination (experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury industry is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
