Job Description
As a Graduate HR Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs while also providing support in various employee relations tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about HR and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Develop training programs (content and scheduling).
- Coordinate logistics (room bookings, materials, communication).
- Maintain training records and gather participant feedback.
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions.
- UAE National with Family Book
- Fresh Graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
