Responsible for all tradable touch points on the site, from owning the taxonomy, visual merchandising of all category and designer pages, to optimizing cross sell/upsell opportunities through product recommendations. Individual need to have a commercial mind, confident with analysing data and identifying ways to improve the customer journey, plus a strong understanding of the ACE Hardware product range. What You will do
Help achieve the financial target & margin.
Monthly promotional planning and optimize the stock levels and availability
Merchandising CRM digital campaigns catalogues and homepage pushes to deliver traffic and sales to the website.
Content/graphic team to guide them on the choice of pushes/categories/products to push.
Work with the Buying team to understand key areas of concern and ensure full product catalogue is available on site, and trouble shoot for any missing products/product issues.
Competitor mapping for product range & prices.
Required Skills to be successful
Ecommerce site merchandising/Basic IT skills
Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Highly operational, with an understanding of retail processes
Strong analytical and numerical skills – someone who quickly grasps the key drivers of the market
A high level of customer focus and the ability to understand customers’ needs
Ability to learn new technology quickly
What equips you for the role
Education: Graduate.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2 to 3 Years Ecommerce experience preferably in Home Furnishings Retail division
Good working knowledge of MS Office
